摘要

我国原发性肝癌发病率高，发病隐匿，愈后差。花宝金教授结合多年临床实践经验，认识到气机升降失调是肿瘤发生和发展的基本病机，提出“调气解毒”治疗肿瘤的理念，将肝癌病期分为治未病期、气结成癌期、康复缓解期，并依据不同病期特点，构建控上游因素、治当前病变、防下游传变的全周期分期诊疗思维框架，能切实提高患者生活质量，达到“带瘤生存”的目的，延长患者生存期。
