摘要

动物粪便类药物是由哺乳动物的排泄物加工而成，作为天然的肠道菌群调节剂，是经过实践检验确有疗效的药物，但因该类药物来源的特殊性而导致其发展受到一定的阻碍。近年来肠道微生态和粪菌移植的研究为粪便类药物提供了现代支持，助推了该类药物的发展。临床上配伍使用粪便类药物可靶向调节肠道微环境，为临床脾胃病的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。
