摘要

不良心理因素能够导致心血管疾病的产生，患者可由单纯精神心理障碍发展至心理障碍与器质性心脏病共存。按照气、血、津液的生理病理状态可将本病分为三个阶段：初期以心血管躯体症状为主时，为气血津液的功能性障碍；中期器质性心脏病阶段，痰饮血瘀等实质性病理产物产生；后期五脏之气受损，虚实夹杂，气郁且虚。通过气、血、津液理论对双心共病进行分期论治，疗效显著。
