摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease， COPD）严重危害人类健康，中医药在COPD的早期预防、减缓进展、改善预后等方面有一定优势。本文围绕中医药防治COPD的病机特点、证候研究、临床研究和基础研究的现状进行述评，为COPD临床诊治提供参考，并为未来的研究方向提出建议，包括提高中医证候客观化水平，聚焦高质量临床研究，关注结局指标的选择，开展中医药防治COPD前期的原始研究，提升基础研究的中医内涵以及中药创新研发。
