摘要

目的

观察清宫正骨流派特色手法联合黄帝内针治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。

方法

选择2019年1月—2020年12月就诊于中国中医科学院望京医院的66例肱骨外上髁炎患者，使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。观察组给予清宫正骨手法拔戳揉捻联合内针治疗，手法操作10～15 min，隔日1次；内针留针40 min，3次/周。对照组给予扶他林乳胶剂治疗，隔日1次，涂抹适时佩戴护肘。2组疗程均为4周。对比2组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分、肘关节局部压痛值、肘关节评分（HHS）、关节活动度和最终疗效。

结果

治疗后，2组VAS较同组治疗前降低，压痛值及HSS评分较同组治疗前升高，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）；且治疗后观察组VAS评分低于对照组，压痛值及HSS评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。治疗后，2组肘关节外旋、内旋活动度较同组治疗前扩大（

0.05）；且治疗后，观察组肘关节外旋、内旋活动度大于对照组（

0.05）。治疗后，2组腕关节掌屈、背伸活动度较同组治疗前扩大（

0.05）；且治疗后，观察组腕关节掌屈、背伸活动度大于对照组（

0.05）。治疗结束时及治疗后3个月，观察组总有效率均高于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

清宫正骨手法联合内针能有效缓解肱骨外上髁炎患者的临床症状，改善肘关节功能活动。
