摘要

小儿厌食是儿科常见疾病，杨燕教授在临证治疗中积累了丰富的经验，基于小儿阳气未充、脾常不足、脾升胃降、肝喜条达等生理特点，认为脾虚失运、气机升降失调是小儿厌食的主要病机，脾虚气滞为本病的主要证型。在治疗时，要抓住脾阳稚弱、气机阻滞的特点，以运脾为先，恢复脾胃功能，同时佐以理气之品，调理脾胃气机，则厌食可愈；临床运用温运理气法治疗小儿厌食取得较好的疗效，注重芳香醒脾，燥湿助运药物的使用，拟定了温运理气汤，为中医药治疗小儿厌食提供了良好的经验。所附小儿厌食医案2则，以温运理气为治则，使患儿症状得除。
