摘要

众多医家认为儿童特应性皮炎（AD）的病机以心火脾虚夹湿为主。徐佳教授团队基于周易“水火既济”理论，结合小儿五脏“心常有余，肾常虚”的生理特点，指出心火、肾水在阴阳交感平衡的过程中发挥关键作用，认为儿童AD的核心病机为肾精不足、心火炽盛，治疗上强调滋肾水、降心火，同时通畅心肾交感之气机。
