摘要

肺结节为动态演变的疾病，在“动态思维”的指导下，结合现代医学影像学的动态改变，识别病理因素的动态演变，从病势和病机角度进行辨治。肺结节的病机根本为气、血、水的改变，应顺其病势而治，包括“先其时而治，截断扭转”“辨别体质之偏颇，审病度势”“动态评估正邪态势，定势顺逆”3个方面，这是基于肺结节病机与病势辨治的动态思辨过程。
