摘要

现代研究表明，特应性皮炎（AD）与睡眠障碍有显著的关联性，两者相互影响，并可能形成恶性循环。“肝脾相关”理论贯穿AD和睡眠障碍发病始终，肝脾不调是二者发病的共同病理机制。对于AD的治疗应考虑心身同治，在肝脾同调的基础上多角度、全方位进行治疗，注重对患者睡眠情况的关注和评价，将其纳入AD的治疗和预防调护中，可有效改善AD患者的身心症状。
