摘要

PI3K/Akt信号通路作为调控细胞增殖与凋亡的经典信号通路之一，对促进心肌梗死后心肌组织修复及侧支循环的形成具有重要作用。益气活血类药物被广泛应用于心肌梗死患者的治疗，疗效确切。既往研究表明，益气活血类药物的药理作用与PI3K/Akt信号通路具有显著关联，相关研究丰富了中医防治心血管疾病的科学内涵。
