摘要

原发性胆汁性胆管炎（PBC）是一种慢性进展性胆汁淤积性自身免疫性肝病，发病机制尚未完全阐明，熊去氧胆酸是PBC一线治疗药物，但仍有40%生化应答不佳，这部分患者病情进展快，临床预后差。笔者对近年来中医药治疗PBC的临床和基础研究进行了系统性回顾和分析，关注中医药在提高生化应答率、稳定病情以及减少并发症等方面的潜在价值及作用机制的研究。中药复方在治疗PBC方面有一定疗效，未来中医药有望成为PBC治疗中的重要组成部分，为改善患者预后提供新的选择。
