摘要

目的

评价疏肝利胆健脾方对原发性胆汁性胆管炎（PBC）生化应答不佳高风险人群的疗效。

方法

将108例PBC患者随机分为疏肝利胆健脾方（观察）组和常规治疗（对照）组，各54例，2组均予熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗48周，观察组在此基础上加疏肝利胆健脾方，累计服用疏肝利胆健脾方时间至少12周。比较2组生化应答率、生化指标变化及不稳定失代偿发生频次。

结果

观察组的生化应答率为38.9%，对照组20.4%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。与治疗前比较，观察组患者ALT、AST、ALP、GGT在治疗4周后均降低（

0.05），TBIL在治疗12周后降低（

0.05）；对照组ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、TBIL在治疗48周时降低（

0.05）。观察组不稳定失代偿发生频次低于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

疏肝利胆健脾方能够提高PBC生化应答不佳高风险人群的生化应答率，4周即可出现疗效，且不稳定失代偿发生频次减少，对延缓和稳定病情有一定作用。
