摘要

王宪波教授认为“肝脾失调，毒损胆络”是原发性胆汁性胆管炎（primary biliary cholangitis，PBC）的核心病机，疏肝利胆、健脾化湿、解毒化瘀是针对PBC病机的主要治疗法则。升麻可“解百毒”，善治“毒”“肿”“痛”“疮”，其“解毒凉血”功效切合PBC“毒损胆络”的核心病机；在PBC患者治疗中适时应用升麻，不仅能提高PBC生化应答率，还能够改善症状、治疗并发症。
