摘要

类风湿关节炎是临床常见的一种慢性自身免疫性疾病。董振华教授认为本病属本虚标实，正气不足、肝肾亏虚为本，风寒湿邪外袭，经络痹阻为标。本病临床表现多样，病因病机复杂，治疗需辨证辨病相结合，标本兼顾，以补益肝肾、益气养血治其本，祛风散寒、清热利湿、化痰通络、活血化瘀治其标。
