摘要

高忠英教授治疗劳淋中西医结合，辨病与辨证结合，分期论治，高教授认为劳淋急性发作期主要为膀胱湿热，三焦气化不利，在传统辨证用药的基础上联合经验处方“五车黄柴”治疗；慢性缓解期非独肾虚，与五脏虚皆有关系，提出“五脏补益”的指导思想，用药体现阴阳同调，临床值得学习和借鉴。
