摘要

肝硬化难治性腹水的防治一直是临床的难点。蒋开平教授认为肝硬化难治性腹水的核心病机为“肝、肺、脾、肾四脏失司，气、血、水、热相互搏结”，并以此为思路，凝炼了“阳虚水停证”“阴虚水停证”和“水热互结证”三类证候，以扶正祛邪为治疗法则，组方用药兼顾肝肺脾肾虚损与气血水热互结的病机要点，提出了今后中西医结合论治肝硬化难治性腹水的探索方向，可供临床借鉴。
