摘要

姚乃礼教授认为肝硬化病机特点为肝体失养，肝用不健，毒损肝络，而脾胃不调则是其迁延难愈的重要因素。其临床上运用“四法一则”论治肝硬化，“四法”者，解肝毒、柔肝体、强肝用、通肝络；“一则”为治疗原则，即调脾胃。临证中还须注意“病证结合”，抓住原发病的病因病机特点，由此切中病机，疗效显著。
