摘要

糖尿病视网膜病变是导致糖尿病患者视力障碍的重要原因，极大的影响了患者的生存质量，易导致患者继发抑郁。视网膜微循环障碍是糖尿病视网膜病变发生的病理基础，而中医学认为眼部病变应从肝论治。抑郁症属中医郁证范畴，其发病亦多从疏肝论治，“木郁达之”是其基本治法。基于“肝开窍于目”，结合临床实践应用及现代药理学研究，应用乌梅丸、逍遥散之平衡阴阳、疏肝升肝，既可治疗抑郁症，又可辅助改善糖尿病视网膜病变，为临床治疗提供新思路。
