摘要

临床将《伤寒论》中的六经辨证体系拓展用于难治性胃食管反流病的治疗中，从难治性胃食管反流病的病机与临床表现来看，其发生与阳明、少阳、厥阴三经关系密切，存在虚、寒热错杂、瘀等病机，治疗可随证选用黄连汤、旋覆代赭汤、小柴胡汤、大柴胡汤、乌梅丸等经方。
