摘要

消渴病肾病不同阶段的病机之间是相互影响、循序渐进、动态变化的过程。我们在吕仁和、赵进喜教授学术思想的基础上，结合临床实际，将消渴病肾病全程的病机衍化归纳为“络虚-瘕聚-生风”，三者常序贯发生，又相兼为患。基于该病机理论，提出通过“补肾益气、消散瘕聚、通络祛风”的综合疗法治疗消渴病肾病，丰富了消渴病肾病的辨证思路，拓展消渴病肾病患者的用药范围。
