摘要

脓毒症相关性脑病（SAE）是由于感染引起全身炎性反应而导致的一种弥漫性脑功能障碍。中医在治疗SAE中具有一定优势，基于卫气营血理论之“气营同病”辨治SAE，治遵清气凉营、养阴透热之法，临证时将临床中证实有效的SAE治法及方药与中医温病学辨证理论相联系，病证结合、方证对应；同时值得注意的是，脓毒症、SAE的发展规律往往并不遵循卫气营血的一般传变规律，在发病初期即可出现合病或直中等变化，临证时需灵活运用。
