摘要

半夏通阴阳，可用于治疗阳不入阴之不寐。张仲景在《伤寒杂病论》中广泛使用半夏，将其用于通脾胃、胸肺、脾肾、经络、内外、表里之阴阳。半夏通阴阳的机制有降逆消痞、导阳入阴、散寒除瘀、降逆止呕、化痰散结、和解少阳、调和营卫。半夏交通阴阳时用量以常用剂量半升为主，治疗咽喉疾病时用量较小，在调和营卫治疗失眠时用大剂量。临床应结合具体病情选择配伍和剂量，可最大程度发挥药物作用。
