摘要

目前，推拿治疗疼痛类疾病的临床和科研稳步开展，涉及骨伤、筋伤和脏腑病等众多方面。然而，仍面临一些挑战，包括治疗标准不统一、研究评价体系不完善、缺乏大样本联合研究平台和统一数据信息平台，以及推拿治疗技术和人才培养方面缺乏持续的财政支持。为应对这些挑战，未来的工作重点应包括进一步完善推拿治疗疼痛类疾病的体系建设、加强人才培养和队伍建设、构建全国研究及转化平台，以及加强资金引导和完善奖励机制。通过系统性的改革和多方面支持，提高临床决策指导性、保障治疗效果和安全性、推动技术创新及多模式融合应用，并加强国际合作，从而有效推进推拿治疗在疼痛治疗领域的应用和发展。
