摘要

李乾构教授认为复发性口腔溃疡发病与“火”相关，并重视从“虚火”论治，结合多年临床经验提出“虚火”所致复发性口腔溃疡有“脾胃虚衰，虚火上浮”和“真阴亏损，虚火内生”的病机特点，在治疗时主张采用“补土伏火”和“滋阴降火”的方法，临证时善于对症配伍药对促进溃疡愈合，临床疗效显著。
