摘要

慢性过敏性皮肤疾病临床发病率高，包括慢性荨麻疹、慢性湿疹、神经性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症等多种疾病，病情缠绵难愈，易反复发作。李元文教授认为慢性过敏性皮肤疾病核心病机为肝郁脾虚，可以疏肝健脾、养血疏风之法进行治疗，并自拟有效验方“加味过敏煎”，临床以该方为基础方辨证加减均取得良好疗效。
