摘要

徐旭英教授继承燕京外科流派名老中医房芝萱对丹毒的辨证观点，进一步规范了丹毒的辨证分期，将丹毒分为急性期、慢性期及预防期。急性期使用青霉素控制感染，并通过内服汤药调整患者全身症状，同时联合外治法（疱液抽取、泡洗、多重外敷法）控制下肢红肿及皮肤水肿；慢性期予口服汤药调整全身脏腑平衡；预防期重视未病先防，避免足癣、下肢损伤及劳累，定期复查，规律口服中成药。
