摘要

冯兴中教授提出“气虚生毒”理论，认为糖尿病的病情演变不外乎“气虚”与“内毒”的消长。冯教授基于“气虚生毒”理论认为，糖尿病胃轻瘫（DGP）早期多由正气亏虚，脾胃虚弱所致；发展至中期可出现肝气郁结，横逆乘脾犯胃，或气血运行不畅，痰湿内生，或久伤气阴，阴虚火旺，邪结成毒；后期气病及血，瘀血阻滞，顽毒渐剧，耗伤正气，病情迁延难愈。“益气解毒”是治疗DGP的总则，早期兼以和胃降逆，中期兼以疏肝解郁、化痰祛湿、滋阴清热，后期兼以祛瘀活血。
