摘要

高彦彬教授学术师承国医大师吕仁和教授，临证注重从络论治糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）。高教授认为，络病是DPN的病理基础，主张分期辨治，将通络治疗法则贯穿疾病始终，在长期的DPN诊治中，总结出针对DPN独特的中药对药经验，以全蝎-蜈蚣、牛膝-狗脊、伸筋草-透骨草最具代表性，为中医药辨治DPN提供临床治疗思路。
