摘要

胃食管反流病（GERD）是临床常见的一种消化系统疾病，患者常伴有失眠。张立平教授基于“形气神一体观”治疗GERD合并失眠取得较好疗效。张立平教授认为本病的核心病机为气机逆乱，痰瘀阻滞，形神失调；主要治法为疏肝健脾、逐瘀化痰、形神兼养；运用自拟调气安神方作为治疗本病的基础方，并根据患者不同症状有针对性的用药。
