摘要

变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）与时间节律密切相关。中医理论所蕴含的生物时间节律思想，如关于自然和人体时间节律的五运六气节律、季节律、日节律等，对AR的防治具有重要的指导意义。四时调护，于特殊时间节点治疗可扶助正气、调理气机，可有效预防AR的发作，或减轻发作时的症状。基于十二时辰节律，运用张仲景的六经“欲解时”理论，依据时间辨证规律，选择合适的时机进行辨证施药，通过昼夜调护以防治AR。
