摘要

目的

分析探讨不同中医体质类型的永久性心房颤动患者D-二聚体水平、心率变异性、心房颤动危险因素间的相关性。

方法

选取2017年1月—2020年12月在中国中医科学院广安门医院及南院区就诊的150例永久性心房颤动患者作为研究对象，进行血浆D-二聚体水平等相关实验室指标检测，填写《中医体质分类与判定表》，收集动态心电图中的心率变异性数据，并对数据进行统计学分析。

结果

永久性心房颤动患者中医体质涵盖9种体质类型，其中气虚质占40.6%，痰湿质占18%，血瘀质占10%，阳虚质占9.3%，阴虚质占8.6%，气郁质占6.6%，湿热质占3.3%，平和质占2.6%，特禀质占0.6%。气虚质D-二聚体水平与24 h正常窦性RR间期总体标准差（SDNN）、正常相邻窦性RR间期差值均方根（RMSSD）均呈负相关（

0.05）；阳虚质D-二聚体水平与SDNN、RMSSD呈负相关（

0.05）；阴虚质D-二聚体水平与SDNN、RMSSD、RR间期平均值平均值标准差（SDANN）、正常相邻RR间期差值

50 ms百分比（PNN50）呈负相关（

0.05）；血瘀质D-二聚体水平与SDNN、RMSSD、SDANN、PNN50呈负相关（

0.05）；气郁质D-二聚体水平与SDNN呈负相关（

0.05）。气虚质患者D-二聚体水平与糖尿病相关（

0.05）；阳虚质患者D-二聚体水平与高血压病相关（

0.05）；阴虚

质患者D-二聚体水平与年龄呈正相关（

0.05）；痰湿质患者D-二聚体水平与肌酐水平呈负相关（

0.05）。

结论

永久性心房颤动患者气虚质、痰湿质所占比例较大，与患者的D-二聚体水平、心率变异性部分指标均负相关，气虚质与糖尿病，痰湿质与肌酐相关。
