摘要

慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）为一种常见的胃部疾病，中医治疗有其独特的疗效。本文回顾了CAG的中医病因病机、治法及其理论基础；分析了当前中医临床疗效的评价指标、方法和标准，指出了现有评价体系中存在的问题，如评价标准的不统一、缺乏客观性等。通过对国内外研究现状的比较，揭示了中医治疗CAG在国际上的应用现状及其面临的挑战；并提出了优化中医疗效评价方法的建议，包括发展新的评价指标、提升评价方法的科学性及实用性；展望了中医治疗CAG的未来研究方向。以期为中医治疗CAG研究的科学性和有效性提供理论依据和实践指导。
