摘要

目的

探讨益消方治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）气阴两虚兼瘀证的临床疗效。

方法

选择2023年1月―2024年3月北京市和平里医院门诊和病房收治的60例DPN气阴两虚兼瘀证患者，采用区组随机法，分为对照组和试验组，各30例。对照组在基础治疗上予口服硫辛酸片，试验组在基础治疗上予口服益消方煎剂，均干预12周。比较2组治疗后总有效率、神经传导速度（NCV）、振动感觉阈值（VPT）、血糖、血脂及血常规、肝肾功能等。

结果

治疗后，2组正中神经感觉神经传导速度（SCV）和尺神经运动神经传导速度（MCV）、SCV均明显增快（

0.05），VPT明显下降（

0.01）。试验组空腹血糖（FPG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、心率、体质量均较治疗前明显下降（

0.01，

0.05），而对照组无此作用。2组安全性均良好。

结论

益消方可增加DPN气阴两虚兼瘀证患者的NCV，降低VPT，并具有一定的降糖、降脂、降心率和减轻体质量作用，总体安全性良好。
