摘要

心房颤动（房颤）是临床最常见的心律失常之一。2010年欧洲房颤管理指南提出“上游治疗”的概念，其针对房颤的病因及发病机制提前干预，以阻止房颤的发生发展。目前，现代医学房颤上游治疗的药物存在引发全血细胞减少、电解质紊乱、肝肾功能损伤等诸多不良反应，临床应用时具有一定局限性。从中医“心体阴用阳”角度出发，“心阳不足、心血不生”“由虚致实、心脉瘀阻”“心体改变、形神失合”是房颤发生发展的核心病机演变规律；分期采用“体用兼治、阴阳平调”“补体畅用、活血化瘀”“温用补体、软坚散结”的治疗方法，复体畅用，恢复心房内环境之稳态。
