摘要

三焦膜系涵盖人体脏腑、管腔内外及肌肉、筋骨间的各种膜层及所属功能。类风湿关节炎是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，病情复杂，病程较长。三焦膜系为类风湿关节炎感邪、留邪、传邪的主要部位，膜系阻滞不通，病理产物瘀积为主要病机；治疗以疏通膜系为主要原则，外通性膜系为驱邪通路，分消走泄，疏利三焦以驱邪外出，活血行气以畅达内通性膜系，温阳益气以顾护肾膜等治法，寒热同调、扶正驱邪并用，为治疗类风湿关节炎提供新思路。
