摘要

Ⅱ型心肾综合征发生于慢性心肾疾病的终末阶段，是临床防治难点。从“心脉-玄府-肾络”探讨该病病机，结合疾病动态变化特点，气血不足、心脉虚滞是始动因素；玄府失和、开阖不利是中心枢纽；痰瘀搏结、肾络受损是病机关键。据此确立以畅荣心脉，燮和玄府，通达肾络为主的治法，临证灵活配伍补益、理气之品荣心脉，辛、甘诸药调玄府，活血、祛痰饮及虫藤类药通肾络。

⁰
