摘要

肺阳虚弱引起的鼻后滴流现象是引发上气道咳嗽综合征的关键病机。根据临床常见上气道咳嗽综合征的不同表现，将其分为阳虚寒乘、痰湿内盛、瘀血阻滞、胆木刑金等证型，依据不同证型的病机特点，从温阳祛风入手，辅以益气固表、化痰蠲饮、活血化瘀、利胆泻热等治法，效果显著。
