摘要

特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis，AD）在儿童群体中发病率较高，主要归属中医学“奶癣”“胎癣”等范畴。“心肾合肤”是心肾维持皮肤正常功能的高度概括，心肾不合，水火失济，可引起阴阳水火、气血津液、精神失调，影响皮肤的生理功能，导致AD的发生。从“心肾合肤”角度，结合小儿生理病理特点，阐释儿童AD的核心病机为心肾失合，水火失济。AD急性期火盛水衰失济，治以滋肾清心，强调壮水抑火；缓解期心虚肾亏失合，治以宁心养肾，重视心肾相合。
