摘要

靶向治疗相关皮肤不良反应是临床常见的不良反应，杨国旺教授提出在临床实践过程中应精细辨证，整体辨证与局部辨证相结合，综合患者体质、肿瘤治疗后邪正盛衰、局部皮损发生部位及表现等，在精细辨证的基础上遣方用药，以达到中西医结合精准治疗的目的。
