摘要

骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）是获得性造血干细胞的恶性克隆性疾病。根据高危MDS的症状，将其归属于中医学“髓毒劳”范畴。其病机以脾失健运、毒瘀阻滞、神机失养为本，气滞、血瘀、痰湿等多种致病因素共同作用。中医辨证治疗高危MDS，采用解毒化瘀为宗，健脾化湿为本，重视养血安神、疏肝理气，治法上寒热共用，阴阳平调，能有效延长患者生存期，提高生活质量。
