摘要

李元文教授擅长基于“风、毒、络”理论辨治皮肤病，风邪为百病之长，易袭肌表并郁阻于皮肤之间引发皮肤疾病；毒邪常分为内毒、外毒，侵袭肌表造成各种皮肤问题；皮肤是络脉最大的分布器官，络脉壅滞不通导致皮肤疾病。合理运用虫类药善行走窜，具有搜风剔络、活血解毒特点，可增强草木类药物剔除痰瘀顽邪之功效，并可扶正祛邪，以达到力坚而不峻猛，祛邪而不伤正之功效。
