摘要

幽门螺杆菌（Hp）作为与胃癌相关的Ⅰ类致癌物，其对胃黏膜的长期刺激可导致多种胃部疾病。黄穗平教授认为Hp具有中医学湿邪的致病特点，脾气虚弱为本病的发病之本，提出“脾虚邪凑”的观点，并基于扶正祛邪理论指导治疗策略，临床获效甚佳。
