摘要

难治性肾病综合征机制复杂，并发症及西医治疗相关不良事件多、预后差、治疗费用高。虽然利妥昔单抗等新型生物制剂很大程度解决了难治性肾病综合征的激素依赖和激素复发问题，但对于激素抵抗的难治性肾病综合征患者仍然疗效不佳。中医学认为难治性肾病综合征属“水肿”“水气病”等范畴，《金匮要略·水气病》为现代临床治疗津液代谢异常类疾病提供了切实的理论基础。本文立足于“气、血、水”辨证路径，以期为中医药治疗难治性肾病综合征提供新的辨治思路。
