摘要

周德安教授依据补中益气汤和补阳还五汤的组方思路，提出慢性疲劳综合征的病机以肺脾气虚为本，血瘀为标；治疗强调补肺益脾，兼顾同调气血；并据此创立了百会、中脘、气海、三阴交（双）、足三里（双）、太渊（双）的补中益气组穴，并进一步提出了肺脾气虚证与肺脾气虚夹瘀证的加减穴位以及针灸操作。组穴和加减均体现了通过健中焦而升举阳气、补气活血、补气行气相结合防气壅的治疗思路。
