摘要

“正虚积损”是支气管扩张症发生、发展的病机总括。元气不足，肺脾功能失调是其始动病机，同时积邪内生，痰浊、阴火、瘀血等病理产物积聚于肺为发病的中心环节。临证施治时，遵循“祛邪除积、扶正复损”的原则，重视广义通法的运用，并根据正虚-邪积-络损的动态运转变化分别侧重于健脾宣肺、化痰利湿、升阳泻火、去瘀生新等治法，以促进“痰湿”“阴火”“瘀血”等渐消缓散，为支气管扩张症的中医治疗提供新的思路。
