摘要

脉诊是中医诊断的重要手段之一，尺脉浮象是指在桡骨茎突近端约1寸长可触及桡动脉搏动的区域，以约3粒大豆（0.006 N）的力量触之，感知皮肤凹陷的临界点，指下有搏动感，稍用力下压则搏动感减弱的一种脉象特征。在解剖层面上，两尺主候脐下至足部之病证；在脏腑经络气血层面上，两尺沉部主候肾，而左尺浮部候小肠、膀胱，右尺浮部则主候大肠、三焦、命门。浮脉所主之病证历朝历代皆有补充和发展，大都以主阳主表为认识基础。尺脉浮象所主内伤肾虚、下焦邪热、平人应时。
