摘要

目的

分析60例旅居柬埔寨华人“长新冠”患者的中医诊断、证型与中医体质的分布规律。

方法

选择2022年5月—2023年7月就诊于柬埔寨考斯玛中柬友谊医院的华人“长新冠”患者60例，收集临床资料，分析其中医诊断、证型与中医体质的分布规律。

结果

60例“长新冠”患者，涉及中医诊断66例次，主要以久咳为主，为33例（50.00%）；其次为虚劳24例（36.36%）；失眠3例（4.55%）、头晕2例（3.03%），心悸、喉痹、鼻聋、鼻鼽各1例（1.52%）。对久咳和虚劳患者的中医证型分布进行分析，久咳与虚劳的中医证型分布差异有统计学意义（

0.01）。久咳患者常见肺脾气虚证和肺气不足、风邪内伏证，虚劳患者多见肺脾气虚证和痰湿壅滞证。对久咳和虚劳患者的中医体质分布进行分析，久咳与虚劳患者中医体质类型分布差异有统计学意义（

0.05）。久咳患者以气虚质、痰湿质为主，虚劳患者以气虚质、阳虚质为主。

结论

柬埔寨华人“长新冠”患者中医诊断以“久咳”和“虚劳”为主，久咳患者多见肺脾气虚证和肺气不足、风邪内伏证，气虚质和痰湿质属易感人群；虚劳患者辨证以肺脾气虚证和痰湿壅滞证为主，体质类型多见气虚质和阳虚质。
