摘要

近年来，恶性高血压的患病率呈上升趋势，其中肾脏是最常受累的器官之一。饶向荣教授认为，恶性高血压肾损伤多因先天禀赋不足，或外感毒热伤阴，肝气上逆；或脾肾亏虚，湿热瘀毒内生，肾络瘀阻而致。其基本病机可概括为脾肾气虚，气机升降失司，水液代谢失常，湿浊瘀血内生，瘀阻肾络，日久蕴热致毒伤肾。在此基础上，饶向荣教授提出了恶性高血压肾损伤治疗要遵循燮理脏腑，气血水同调；平衡阴阳，重视升降；平其复遗，邪去正安的三大原则。
