摘要

溃疡性结肠炎（UC）临床尚无诊断金标准，主要依靠肠镜和组织病理学检查辅助诊断。肠道超声简便易行、无放射性、非侵入、价格低廉，被逐渐应用于炎症性肠病的诊断及活动性评估中。UC属中医学“痢疾”“休息痢”“肠澼”等范畴，湿热蕴肠、气滞络瘀是UC的基本病机。UC的肠道超声表现主要包括肠壁增厚，彩色多普勒血流信号增多，肠蠕动减慢、肠壁弹性减弱及结肠袋消失。针对肠壁增厚的患者，可选择清热燥湿解毒类中药；针对彩色多普勒血流信号增多者，可合理运用凉血止血类中药，炒炭之品效果更优；针对肠蠕动减慢者，可配伍补气、行气的中药；针对肠壁弹性减弱、结肠袋消失者，可尝试化痰祛瘀通络之品。
