摘要

目的

观察益气温阳方联合督脉温针灸治疗脊髓损伤体位性低血压的疗效。

方法

选取2020年1月—2023年12月河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的120例气血两虚、阳气亏虚型脊髓损伤体位性低血压患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者分为联合组、汤药组、针灸组、对照组，各30例。对照组给予常规对症治疗，汤药组在常规对症治疗基础上加益气温阳方治疗，针灸组在常规对症治疗基础上加督脉温针灸治疗，联合组在常规对症治疗基础上加益气温阳方口服、督脉温针灸治疗。4组均连续治疗4周。对比4组疗效及治疗前后晨起平卧位血压、直立位血压，直立床最大耐受角度测量，不良反应。

结果

治疗后，4组晨起平卧位收缩压和舒张压、直立位收缩压和舒张压均高于治疗前（

0.05），联合组直立位收缩压和舒张压高于对照组（

0.05）。治疗后，4组直立床最大耐受角度均高于治疗前（

0.05）；且与对照组比较，联合组、汤药组、针灸组直立床最大耐受角度均升高（

0.05）。4组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。

结论

益气温阳方联合督脉温针灸能够提高脊髓损伤体位性低血压患者的疗效，且安全性较高。
